Delivery
All items will be made within 7-10 days. If it is any longer (at Christmas) we will let you know via email. Once the order is sent you will receive an email telling you it is on its way. The despatch then takes between 2-3 working days.
It is then delivered by courier. If you are not in, the courier will automatically make three attempts to deliver your parcel, usually on consecutive days, before returning the parcel to the depot to await further instructions. If you have missed the first attempt, they will leave a card notifying you of the next delivery date.
Alternatively the courier will leave your parcel in a 'safe place'. A safe place enables a courier to collect or deliver your parcel even if you're not in. It should be dry and secured from public access but still easily accessible to our courier. Typical examples include a shed, greenhouse or porch.
Gift-wrap service
If you would like to make your gift feel extra-special we provide the option of a gift wrap service, where items are beautifully wrapped in clear cellophane and finished with a satin ribbon and hand written card complete with your personalised message
